Question: POWER OF ATTORNEY ADVICE NEEDED?
Is there any way of revoking a power of attorney form held with an agent in Bulgaria – I was under the impression that the original POA form that I signed with the agency was to allow them to pay bills taxes etc – however it turns out they now have POA over my Bulgaian company which includes my entire property portfolio – allowing them to rent and possibly resell my properties – I’m aware that the original and any copies would need to be obtained – is there a ways of drawing up a legal document for the agency to sign which will revoke the original agreement and make any susequent copies of the POA they may have made void ? any advice appreciated
