  • You’ll also see Washington calling on congress to create a National University. Why where is that enumerated power??? We should be calling for his decomposed socialist head.

  • mark everson=reptilian liar

  • you noticed he said he has been paying his taxes but not there is a law she said about court cases but not there is a law

  • She is citing Superior Court cases to back up her authority, the only thing is the Supreme Court ruled against that same authority of the IRS income tax. Apperently the IRS doesnt understand the Supreme court has higher authority than the Superior, or is the IRS the fourth branch of the government ?

  • Finally, Congress is starting to look into the IRS’s and Treasury’s policy of assuming that the ‘taxpayer’ is at fault and has to prove themselves innocent, rather then the Government being required to prove guilt.

Congressman Ron Paul directly questioned, within a congressional meeting, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner about the policy of assuming the guilt of liability of citizens within tax cases rather then the common justice requirement to prove guilt.

He had very little to say…

  • A court hearing in Florida has also looked into a Lawyer who has not paid, nor filed income tax since 1998.

The Lawyer in question directly qualified as his earnings do not fall within the code. After was all said and done, the Judge ruled that the Lawyer committed no criminal act.

The judge then qualified that there would be a criminal inquiry, despite being unable to cite a statute for criminal requirements.

  • ..criminal requirements.

In the end, Judge desired that the Lawyer set an example to uphold the government’s views.

The Lawyer corrected the Judge in that it is the Constitution that Lawyers should hold up, protecting the citizen over the government.

In the end, it has been a series of political blunders that is bringing government to the breaking point. Clinton’s requirement to reduce requirements for loans and G.W.Bush’s and Obama’s massive spending.

People are starting to wake up!

  • Larken Rose, Father of the 861 argument, was pretty close when he researched it. He found one that hits home to the ability for the IRS to legally perform an assessment.

The position that is required to sign off on assessments was removed long ago during their re-organization. The legal responsibility was never reassigned.

They have been rubber-stamping the name and title of a person who doesn’t exist on the forms. This “Forgery and Fraud”, was discovered when this person was subpoenaed.

  • I read the pertaining segments that you posited. There is a difference between recommending ideas and ASSUMING the power to complete them.

That Hamilton was the primary editor of Washington’s speech and had a great deal of influence might be an indicator that Hamilton was the snake in the garden of America.

But even then, Washington was making concerned remarks, not posturing requirements that went against the Constitution. He had the power to create the precedent, but did not take it.

  • That is completely absurd. There is a difference between recommending ideas and assuming the power to complete them??? So he is recommending that congress create institutions despite him believing they lack the power to create them? Seriously, this was fun for a while but it is venturing into the idiotic.

  • Yes. There is a concept of Free Speech. Washington was simply using it. He was not, and did not, however, step beyond his Constitutional Limitations. He had the power to set many precedents, being the first Constitutional President.

You are grouping in Freedom of Speech with Thought Police laws. That you say or think something is not the same as preforming an illegal action.

[Seriously, this was fun for a while but it is venturing into the idiotic.]
I agree, but I haven’t given up on you yet.

  • This was a state of the union address, not Washington popping off at the mouth. You do understand the purpose of the state of the union address right? You are right he didn’t step beyond his constitutional limitations by purposing congress act for the purpose of national welfare. I’m glad you finally came close to a rational thought. My work here is done.

  • paying taxes is a “Fundemental obligation” NOT A LAW. wow what a fraud the IRS is

  • Answer the fucking question.

  • taxes are for baby boomers parents, baby boomers and baby boomers babies

  • The government (you) spend money on war, education, highways, and everything else, where does the money come from? Taxes, take some responsibility.

  • The Irs and the federal reserve will be the death of the U.S.A

  • Well I have news for you, according to the Grace Commission Report to President Regan, 1984, it stated “100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt and by Federal Government contributions to transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government.”

No one pays for any services in this country only the interest on the national debt.

  • Wow couldn’t answer the question? Break out the right to know act

  • first off all, the go’t does not protect us, the police brutalize those that decide to stand up and speak for their rights, and the educational systems is a total farse. The children today are completely uneducated. WHAT THE HELL AM I PAYING FOR & WHY??????? I’d rather keep my tax money, educate my children myself, not utilize the corrupt police, b/c when u call them it is more trouble than it is worth. What happened to our Republic that our founding fathers built. DEMOCRACY DESTROYED IT

  • I dont pay income tax. When ever dealing with the irs I show them it was never ratified and is an illegal scam and they leave with there tail between there legs. Simply stated show me a law that demand i have to pay. I do agree that we need some type of tax base but the fed income tax isn’t it. I think we need a national sales tax across the board to cover or government services.

    • Good luck with that… I’ve heard of quite a few people who tried that and it seems to work for years, but in the end the IRS ALWAYS wins, and they do charge interest for all that time you owed.

And by the way… If you somehow get what you want and everyone stops paying tax… Hospitals, roads, and civilization itself are all at risk. Why would you want that?

  • what exactly do you show them? cause the 16th is showing as ratified in like 1913
